Election of a President of the 2023 City Council (nonbinding vote).

Councilor McLaughlin nominated Councilor Ewen-Campen for President.
Councilor Clingan seconded. There being no other nominations, Councilor
Scott moved to close nominations and the motion passed on a roll call vote
of 10 in favor (Burnley, Strezo, Wilson, McLaughlin, Scott, Ewen-Campen,
Clingan, Gomez Mouakad, Davis, Pineda Neufeld), 0 opposed, and 1 absent
(Kelly).
The roll call to select a President indicated 10 Councilors supporting
Councilor Ewen-Campen and 1 absent.

Election of a Vice President of the 2023 City Council (nonbinding vote).

Councilor Gomez Mouakad nominated Councilor Pineda Neufeld for Vice
President. Councilor Strezo seconded. There being no other nominations,
Councilor Scott moved to close nominations and the motion passed on a roll
call vote of 10 in favor (Burnley, Strezo, Wilson, McLaughlin, Scott,
Ewen-Campen, Clingan, Gomez Mouakad, Davis, Pineda Neufeld), 0
opposed, and 1 absent (Kelly).
The roll call to select a Vice President indicated 10 Councilors supporting
Councilor Pineda Neufeld and 1 absent.

ADJOURNMENT
Councilor McLaughlin moved to adjourn and Councilor Clingan seconded. The motion was approved
on a roll call vote of 10 in favor (Burnley, Strezo, Wilson, McLaughlin, Scott, Ewen-Campen, Clingan,
Gomez Mouakad, Davis, Pineda Neufeld), 0 opposed and 1 absent (Kelly). The meeting was adjourned
at 6:41PM.
