OPENING CEREMONIES The meeting was called to order at 6:02 PM by Ward Five City Councilor Beatriz Gomez Mouakad. 1.1. Call of the Roll. Roll Call (ID # 23-0001) PLACED ON FILE RESULT: 2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS 2.1. Election of a President for 2023: Motion, That Councilor Ewen-Campen be elected President of this Council.. Election (ID # 23-0002) Councilor Ewen-Campen was nominated and elected as President of the City Council for 2023. City Clerk Kimberly Wells administered the oath of office to Councilor Ewen-Campen, who then assumed the chair.
