This Special Meeting of the City Council has been called by the Mayor solely for the presentation of the
proposed FY 2025 municipal and enterprise fund budgets, with related appropriations, transfers, and
other financial items.
NOTICE: Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this meeting of the City Council may be conducted
