The meeting took place remotely via Zoom and was called to order at 6:02 PM by Chair Burnley and
adjourned at 6:10 PM on a roll call vote of 3 in favor (Councilors Ewen-Campen, Mbah and Burnley),
none against and none absent.

New Flammables License, Building 2 Owner LLC, 808 Windsor Street,
storing 3,549 gallons.

Councilor Burnley opened the public hearing.
Mr. Jake Tucci, representing the petitioner, explained that the building is
complete and this request is to plan ahead for the future needs of the
building and said that less than 793 gallons of flammable will be stored on
the property. The company has received its certificate of occupancy but has
no tenants at this time. Councilor Mbah asked about any safety protocols in
place and Mr. Tucci said the company tries to meet all safety requirements
and noted that the Somerville Fire Department did a walk through of the
site. Mr. Tucci commented that future tenants might need additional
flammable permits, but the types of flammable are unknown at this time.
The public hearing was closed.
Chair Burnley informed Mr. Tucci that he should not proceed with any

flammable storage until the license is in hand.
