The City Council returned to open session at 8:50 PM with 9 members present (Wilson, Ewen-Campen, Scott, McLaughlin, Burnley, Sait, Strezo,Clingan, Davis), 1 absent (Mbah). President Davis announced that no votes were taken in Executive Session other than the vote to adjourn.
