This meeting was held via Zoom and was called to order by Chair Wilson at 6:00 pm and adjourned at
6:37 pm on a roll call vote of 2 in favor (Councilors Burnley and McLaughlin), 0 opposed, and 1 absent
(Councilor Wilson).

Manager Ziegler presented on rodent control updates and practices, outlined

25-0245, 25-1687). During the presentation Chair Wilson confirmed that
contractors within the city are not using SCAR on public or private
properties.
