The City Council entered Executive Session at 7:38 PM and returned at 11:11 PM with 10 members present (Councilor Ewen-Campen, Councilor Link, Councilor Scott, Councilor Clingan, Councilor Strezo, Councilor Sait, Councilor Wheeler, Councilor Hardt, Councilor Mbah, Councilor Davis), 1 absent (Councilor McLaughlin). 1.1. Requesting that this Council convene in Executive Session to receive an update on the status of collective bargaining negotiations, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(3). Mayor's Request (ID # 26-0865) President Davis requested confirmation that this item is appropriate for Executive Session. Assistant City Attorney Matt Sirigu confirmed that Executive Session was appropriate. The City Council entered Executive Session at 7:38 PM and returned at 11:11 PM. President Davis announced that no votes were taken in Executive Session other than the vote to adjourn.
