Hudson Street, from Utility Pole 202/9 to a proposed new handhole next to
135 Hudson Street.

Chair Hardt noted that this item relates to utility hookups for new electric
vehicle (EV) charging stations being installed by the City. The EV charging
stations themselves have already been approved, and this request is for the
grant of location for Eversource infrastructure needed to support installation.
Chair Hardt referenced the attached memo, Licenses and Permits -
2026-06-24 Memo Update (with 26-0750), regarding ADA compliance.
Councilor Wheeler noted that there are tradeoffs involved in removing

standard parking spaces to convert them into dedicated EV charging spaces.

Richardson Street, from Utility Pole 296/1 to a point of pickup at 0
Richardson Street.

Jacqueline Duffy, Right of Way Agent for Eversource, noted that the request
is to install 31 feet of conduit to provide electrical service at 6 Richardson
Street.
