Public Hearing: Item 199239 - New Extended Hours - Pepi's Pizzeria The proprietor, Edith Rodriquez, spoke in favor of the item, as did Maxwell McCarthy. There were no speakers in opposition. The public hearing closed at 6:07 PM. 3. Public Hearing: Item 199338 - New Garage License - Mass Inspection Comments were made by Mazen Fare and Joe Centrella, who questioned a letter sent out to the community, i.e., he was seeking clarification on the type of work that would be performed at the garage. The committee questioned if the business had a used car license and directed the applicant to remove a used car sign that abuts a neighbor's property. The committee was in receipt of an email from a resident which spoke about a trailer on the property, (in the open lot under the billboards), and trash disposal. The proprietor, Edgar Fayed, was asked about the purpose of the trailer. 197553: Sign/Awning Permit, Brazil Express, 429 Somerville Ave., 1 sign. Mr. Long reported that several attempts were made to reach the business owner, to no avail.
