Sherpa, the owners of the property at 129 Pennsylvania Avenue in Somerville, Massachusetts, identified as Parcel 89-B-9 by the City of Somerville Assessing Department, hereby release any and all claims that we may have now or in the future against the City of Somerville, resulting from the discontinuance of Cross Street East from Pennsylvania Avenue to Mystic Avenue and waive all rights pursuant to M.G.L. c. 82 to seek damages resulting from the discontinuance. We further acknowledge that the discontinuance does not damage our property at 129 Pennsylvania Avenue in Somerville, Massachusetts.
