Dear Members of the Board of Aldermen:
CPC-T Holdings, LLC, the owner of certain parcels of land on Cross Street East, Somerville,
Massachusetts, hereby releases any and all claims that it may have now or in the future against the
City of Somerville, resulting from the discontinuance of Cross Street East from Pennsylvania Avenue
to Mystic Avenue and waives all rights pursuant to M.G.L. c. 82 to seek damages resulting from the
discontinuance. CPC-T Holdings, LLC further acknowledges that the discontinuance does not damage
its property on Cross Street East in Somerville, Massachusetts.
