New voting machines order — File 200109

CITY OF SOMERVILLE _________________ In Board of Aldermen ............................................ ORDERED: - Pursuant to G. L. c. 54, § 34, the City of Somerville is hereby authorized to purchase DS 200 voting machines for use in presidential primaries, preliminary elections, and elections of state or city officers in the City of Somerville effective in March 2016. The City of Somerville shall discontinue the existing Optech Eagle voting machines effective in February 2016. __________________________________ President Board of Aldermen
