The meeting took place in the Committee Room and was called to order at 6:00 PM by

Mr. MacEachern discussed the double pole situation and informed the committee that, according
to the utility companies, 22 of the double poles belong to the city. He distributed a double pole
summary data sheet and noted that the number of Eversource double poles in the city has
increased. Mr. Koty stated that the utility companies lists are not accurate. Chairman
McWatters said that he would like to have 100 double poles removed within 2 weeks.
The utility companies will meet with the DPW next week and report back to the committee in 4
weeks.
