Document List: • Resumes Chairman Heuston explained that certain candidates are not on this meeting’s agend a due to technical holds. Mr. Roche explained that if a candidate on the list is deploy ed in the military , that spot must be held until he/she returns. There are currentl y 2 veteran holds. Mr. Roche explained the process of submitting names and said tha t the order on the eligibility list goes by score. A new list, containing 15 names, will be submitted in the future. The residency rule was also explained. The candidates spoke about why they wanted to be fire fighters and Alderman Rossetti asked that the candidates speak to student at the high school about their desires to help the city.
