Ms. Corrigan was interviewed via conference call. RESULT: APPROVED 201102: Requesting the appointment of Jose Filho to the Fair Housing Commission.

He is bi-lingual (Portuguese). Ms. Wairi explained who is currently on the Commission and how each member has certain experience and plays an important role as the Commission does its work of resourcing, referral and dealing with discrimination. RESULT: APPROVED 201032: Requesting the appointment of Astha Adhikary to the Human Rights Commission. Ms. Adhikary discussed her qualifications. She is bi-lingual (Nepalese). Ms. Bacci spoke about getting people to participate in the Commission. RESULT: APPROVED 201100: Requesting the appointment of Daniel Maltzman to the Condominium Review Board. Mr. Maltzman was interviewed via conference call. He has been a tenant for 10 years. RESULT: APPROVED 201099: Requesting the appointment of Zachary Zasloff to the Condominium Review Board. Mr. Zasloff spoke about his history as a Somerville resident and believes that his experiences, both as a renter and homeowner, would be useful to the board. He can bring a common sense business approach to the board and restore confidence in it. He will make sure developers are not taking advantage. RESULT: APPROVED 201191: Requesting the appointment of retired Lieutenant Daniel Hyde as a Special Police Officer. RESULT: APPROVED 201192: Requesting the re-appointment of Mary Cassesso to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
