CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2016-07 IN THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN: May 26, 2016 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FINES FOR VEGETATION AND WOOD ON PRIVATE PROPERTY Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville is hereby amended by amending Section 1-11(b) for the Offense of Vegetation and Wood on Private Property (Sec. 9-56) as follows: Offense Fine Enforcing Personnel Vegetation and Wood on Private Property (Sec. 9- 56).
