Date: September 19, 2022 Below is the data requested from the Honorable City Council. In review of outcome data, the department identified some electronic data entry errors. As such, the data should be considered an estimate. The Department is reviewing the process so that going forward, SPD’s electronic records management system reflects all information from the physical citations. Note that SPD’s physical citations are mailed to the RMV which maintains its own official records that drive the citation process. SPD’s electronic citation data is for unofficial reporting only.
