CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2016- In Board of Aldermen ESTABLISHING A SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT PROGRAM Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville is hereby amended by adding the following provision to Chapter 11, Section 11-125: (f) Residents who own and occupy their homes and qualify for the exemptions contained in G. L. c. 59, § 5, clause Forty-first C (41C) or G. L. c. 59, § 5, clause Seventeenth D (17D) are eligible for a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on water/sewer bills issued after July 1, 2016.
