Innerbelt and Union Square CEDD Map The Critical Economic Development District shall consist of the Innerbelt and Union Square areas outlined in red, except for the lot outlined that includes Fitchburg Street and the portions of Chestnut Street and Linwood Street that lie between Poplar Street and Fitchburg Street, all as shown on the map above.
