Mr. Lynch was interviewed for the position. He is currently employed by the city as a Rehab Program Specialist in the OSCPD Department. RESULT: APPROVED 202889: Requesting the appointment of Patrick Halloran to the position of Fire Lieutenant. Mr. Halloran was interviewed for the position. He has been a member of the SFD since the fall of 2010 and served in the US Army for 4 years. RESULT: APPROVED 202888: Requesting the appointment of Robert McCarthy to the position of District Fire Chief. Mr. McCarthy was interviewed for the position. He is currently the Acting District Chief and has been with the SFD for 20 years.
