1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the licensing commission of the city of Somerville shall consist of 3 persons without regard to political affiliation. SECTION 2. Chapter 190 of the Acts of 1939 is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
