Information regarding the overall 2017 CoC Competition The Somerville-Arlington Continuum of Care (CoC) was awarded $1,921,026 from HUD in the 2017 competition. Below please find a breakdown of the award. HUD is awarding funding directly to homeless provider agencies administering the various programs, with the exception of the $59,747 Planning Grant, which is awarded specifically to the City.
