All applicants must use the MCC/LCC online application found on the "Apply Now" tab. </p> While applicants can now submit up to 3 pdfs in support material via the MCC online portal, applicants who will be submitting JPEGs or MP3s (i.e. visual artists and perhaps musicians) will continue to submit through our Council's Google Drive account.
