1 CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2018- IN BOARD OF ALDERMEN: REGULATING REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENTS Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen, in session assembled, that Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville, is hereby amended by inserting the following new provision as Section 2-369A. Section 2-369A. Real Property License Agreements Not To Exceed Three Years. (a) Unless authorized by a majority of the Board of Aldermen, the City shall not enter into a license agreement with respect to real property exceeding three years, including renewals, extensions, or options.
