Chair Rossetti asked how long Mr. Lunardi has owned the facility and it has been approximately 4 months. There is currently a mechanic shop as a separate part of the location, a business which Mr. Lunardi is not involved in. Mr. Aurilio shared photos where he observed that there were 10 vehicles on the lot. Mr. Lunardi responded that those belong to the mechanic shop and once the dealership is in business, the vehicles will be in the proper places. Chair Rossetti also shared photos showing that the placement of the 6 cars outside would not allow for access in and out. Mr. Lunardi stated that they would be moved into the garage by the mechanic. Mr. Aurilio confirmed that as long as the parking plan is followed, there is sufficient space for the vehicles requested. Councilor Scott confirmed that the garage space is allowed 14 vehicles inside and zero outside, and voiced concern about how all of the vehicles would be managed.
