CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2019- IN THE CITY COUNCIL: February , 2019 WOMEN'S COMMISSION QUORUM AND CO-CHAIRPERSONS Be it ordained by the City Council, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville are hereby amended as follows: 1) Section 2-283 is hereby amended by adding the following provision: (e) A majority of members currently serving on the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting business. 2) Section 2-285 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as follows: By replacing the words ""a chairperson" with the words "up to 2 co-chairpersons".
