Epstein, Esq., Epstein & August, LLP, to provide representation as outside legal counsel for cable license and franchise fee negotiations with Comcast and RCN, tri-yearly renewals of our PEG Access agreement with Somerville Community Media, and consultation on any potential FCC rule changes regarding Cable Franchise Fees. Mr. Epstein and his firm have extensive experience in the field of municipal cable license negotiations. As always, I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
