Bills for water use shall be rendered a minimum of two per year and a maximum of four six per year and are due and payable within 30 45 days. Interest shall accrue on bills not paid within 30 45 days of the date of mailing at the rate established by Section 57 of Chapter 59 of the General Laws. Sec. 11-164. - Sewer user charges.
