An Act supporting parents running for public office.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016

Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “office”, in line 66 the
3
following:-

or expenses relating to the provision of child care services.

SECTION 2. The director of the office of campaign and political finance shall
6
promulgate rules and regulations to implement this act no later than December 31, 2020.
