Water-Sewer Billing-Pay Periods Amended — File 208122

CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NUMBER 2019- In City Council: _______________ Be it ordained by the City Council, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville is hereby amended as follows: Section 11-125(c) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by replacing the words "four per year" with the words "six per year for commercial and four per year for residential”; Section 11-125(c) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby further amended by replacing the number "30" with the number "45", each time it appears; Section 11-164(b)(3) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by replacing the words "four per year" with the words "six per year for commercial and four per year for residential”; and Section 11-164(b)(3) of the Code of Ordinances is hereby further amended by replacing the number "30" with the number "45", each time it appears.
