CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2020-01 In City Council January 9, 2020 BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Somerville that the City of Somerville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to add an effective date to the recently- enacted Wage Theft Ordinance, by adding a new section as follows: CHAPTER 9. OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS ARTICLE III. OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON. DIVISION 2. WAGE THEFT SECTION 9-44. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on June 1, 2020.
