CITY OF SOMERVILLE IN THE CITY COUNCIL: JUNE 11, 2020 Be it hereby ordered by the City Council, in session assembled, that from the date of execution of this order until November 1, 2020 or the Governor’s COVID-19 Order No. 35 is rescinded, whichever is sooner, any business with a license from the City of Somerville Licensing Commission for outdoor food and/or beverage service pursuant to the COVID-19 expedited process for outdoor seating shall not require further authorization pursuant to Sec. 12-14 of the Somerville Code of Ordinances.
