The Building Official may not issue a final certificate of occupancy development that does not
comply to the following: a). plans submitted for a development review application; b). plans
submitted for an approved discretionary or administrative permit; and c). conditions attached to

development for compliance with the Criteria. In the event that the development is not
proceeding in accordance with the Criteria, the Building Official shall order the development to

immediate measures to bring the development into compliance as ordered by the Building

brought into compliance with the Criteria. As part of the inspection process of the development,
the Building Official conducting any periodic inspections shall sign an acknowledgement with
respect to the development’s compliance with the Criteria.
