The Chair noted that this item is no longer necessary. RESULT: PLACED ON FILE 208798: Small Wireless Facility License, ExteNet Systems attaching small cell equipment on a new pole replacing an existing pole at Trum Playground, 546 Broadway. The Chair shared that this item has been superseded by a subsequent request. RESULT: PLACED ON FILE 208976: Submitted by Eversource to install 57 feet of conduit in Cedar St from Pole 238/1

The Chair asked that a communication be sent to confirm and request that a representative appear at the next Committee meeting or the item will be Placed on File. RESULT: KEPT IN COMMITTEE 209915: New Garage License, Car Zone LLC, 486 Columbia St, 2 autos inside, 2 outside, for mechanical repairs only. The applicant Murph Thongsythavong spoke and shared that the plan is to create a small repair shop. He confirmed that the space will allow for two vehicles inside and two outside, and a 6 space parking lot will be rented to allow for customer parking. RESULT: APPROVED. [UNANIMOUS] AYES: White Jr., Mbah, Scott 210264: Requesting approval of an Order to not require this Council's authorization pursuant to Ordinance 12-14 for businesses seeking outdoor food and beverage service on the public way through November 1, 2020. The Chair noted that the City Council previously approved this Order giving authority to the Licensing Commission to approve outdoor seating permits. Any permits issued by the Licensing Commission will expire on November 1, 2020. The Chair asked City Clerk John Long to send a communication to all entities that received outdoor seating permits from the Licensing Commission that they would have to apply to the City Council if they wished to continue outdoor seating during November and December or if they want to renew for next year. RESULT: WORK COMPLETED 210363: New Used Car Dealer Class 2 License, Four Wheels Auto, 83 Albion St, 0 autos inside, 0 outside, Mo-Fr 8am-6pm, Sa-Su by appointment. The applicant Marc Williams spoke and stated that the business is an automotive repair shop looking to sell vehicles online and to have access to auctions, and it requires a used car license to do so. Nothing will be stored at the physical space. Mr. Long confirmed that he has not received any complaints or comments about this business, and it currently has indoor space for 10 vehicles and no outdoor space. Councilor Scott noted that the Committee should be attentive to any potential complaints from the neighborhood residents. RESULT: APPROVED. [UNANIMOUS] AYES: White Jr., Mbah, Scott
