210917: Kenneth Waterman submitting a complaint against Mercedes Benz of Boston.
Chair White explained the roll of the committee with regards to licenses, noting that the committee does
not serve in a capacity to resolve disputes. If, however, there were repeated claims filed against a
business, the committee might take a closer look at the situation.
Jeff Davis, a manager at Mercedes Benz of Boston stated that his response to the City Council, dated
December 8, 2020, in response to Mr. Waterman's complaint, accurately reflects what happened.
