      ALIGNMENT WITH FY21 COMMUNITY PRESERVATION PLAN  The Community Preservation Plan prioritizes projects that rehabilitate existing recreation land according  to need.    FUNDING CONDITIONS  1. The City of Somerville and Friends of the Healey will post a permanent sign noting CPA funding  for the rehabilitation of the Healey school tot lot.     MEASURES OF SUCCESS  The goal of this project is to provide long lasting recreation environments that will offer essential life‐ enhancing qualities that improve the community well‐being, and individual student’s physical and  mental health.      The success of the project will be measured through its completion on time and within budget.    The full proposal is available at: https://www.somervillema.gov/departments/community‐ preservation‐act.
