      ALIGNMENT WITH FY21 COMMUNITY PRESERVATION PLAN  The Grace Baptist Church building is home to the SHA4CD food pantry, a bilingual day care that accepts  vouchers, and a family homeless shelter.     FUNDING CONDITIONS  1. Execution and recording of a perpetual historic preservation restriction which includes a  provision for public access. The restriction would be held by the Somerville Historic Preservation  Commission.  2. The Somerville Hispanic Association for Community Development will post a permanent sign  noting CPA funding for the restoration of the Grace Baptist Church building.   3. CPA funds will only go towards costs directly related to the repair of existing slate roof and  replacement of related flashing, gutters and repointing of brick masonry (Item A, B, and D).    MEASURES OF SUCCESS  The goals of the project are to:  1. Repair the roofing slate and associated flashing to keep water from damaging the structure and  finishes within the building  2. Repair gutters and repointing of brick masonry    Achievement of these goals will be measured through:  1. Properly installed new roof and flashing systems  2.
