The meeting took place virtually via GoToWebinar and was called to order at 6:03 PM by Chair Rossetti and adjourned at 7:41PM on a roll call vote of 5 in favor (Councilors Mbah, Clingan, Strezo, Scott and Rossetti), none against and none absent. 1. Review the Executive Session Minutes of the meeting of February 2, 2021 Chair Rossetti welcomed Attorney Zessin, the outside counsel hired to assist the committee with issues pertaining to the confirmation process for new police hires. Chair Rossetti moved to enter into Executive Session to review the Executive Session Minutes of the meeting of February 2, 2021 and to confer with outside Counsel regarding Somerville Police Department Reserve Officer candidates considered at the meeting of February 2, 2021. The committee voted to enter into Executive Session on a roll call vote of 5 in favor (Councilors Mbah, Clingan, Strezo, Scott and Rossetti), none against and none absent. The regular meeting was recessed at 6:03 PM. The committee returned from Executive Session and the regular meeting was reconvened at 7:39 PM. All members were present. Chair Rossetti stated that no votes were taken in Executive Session except the vote to adjourn. Having no further business before the committee this evening, Chair Rossetti moved to adjourn. The motion was approved on a roll call vote of 5 in favor (Councilors Mbah, Clingan, Strezo, Scott and Rossetti), none against and none absent. The meeting was adjourned at 7:41 PM.
