        FUNDING CONDITIONS  1. The City, as appropriate, agrees to post a sign stating that the open space acquired or created  with these funds was funded through the City of Somerville’s Community Preservation Act  program.   2. A perpetual conservation restriction will be recorded on the property per the requirement of  the CPA enabling legislation.     MEASURES OF SUCCESS  The goal of the Open Space Acquisition and Improvements Stabilization Fund is to have funds at the  ready for the purchase of open space land as it becomes available. Adding money to it will allow for this.    The success of the project will be measured by acres purchased and an increase of the total open space  acreage in Somerville.     The full proposal is available at: https://www.somervillema.gov/departments/community‐ preservation‐act.
