Also, for safety reasons, we would like for horses to be put up at each end of Franey Rd. with access only allowed to the DPW and event attendees. Sidewalks blocked? Yes We are requesting that parking restrictions be relaxed in the area surrounding Trum Field for the duration of the event and that attendees be allowed to park on Franey Rd. Restrooms?
