We will have tables for the picnic food. Attendees:     Max attendance at one time: 25 persons   Total people attending: 45-50 persons     Maximum attendees accommodated: 60-70 persons   Total Somerville residents attending: 45-50 persons   Attendee fees or suggested donations: $0.00 We are going to ask residents to donate whatever they can towards the picnic and the festivities, including lawn chairs.   What is your budget for this event: none   Social or cultural benefits:  Our post-COVID Block Party will encourage the neighbors of this block to meet each other, and share games, conversations and a picnic. Our residents speak English, Portuguese and Spanish, and range in age from babies to retirees.   Financial benefits:  We will purchase picnic supplies, food, decorations, etc. from local businesses.
