If we promote and attract audience to our band (and others in the neighborhood) attendants might stay after and eat and shop in the Broadway business district. If permitted, we will coordinate with East Somerville Main Streets, and others, to promote the event. No Approved By: CS Mayor, Approved Scott Whalen, Approved with Conditions Road may only be closed from 3:30PM-6:30 PM (30 mins before and 30 mins after designated Porchfest times. If crowd conditions become unsafe and too large, the Somerville Police will revoke the road closure and require organizer to halt the performance in order to disperse the crowds.
