1 CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2021- IN THE CITY COUNCIL: ___________, 2021 Be it ordained by the City Council, in session assembled, that Chapter 2, Division 3 of the Somerville Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by adding the following provision: Sec. 2-106. Notice of certain G. L. c. 268A, § 20 Disclosure Forms The City Clerk shall promptly forward all members of the City Council copies of any disclosures filed with the City Clerk pursuant to subclause ( c ) and ( d ) of G. L. c. 268A, commonly known as G. L. c. 268A, § 20(c) and G. L. c. 268A, § 20 (d). APPROVED: President City Council
