In addition to offering a wide array of local produce and food to Somerville residents, we also extend a $15 SNAP Match per customer every week to those experiencing food insecurity who take advantage of the federal nutritional assistance program.   Financial benefits:  Besides bringing increased foot traffic to Davis Square, we also partner with surrounding local businesses for cross promotional purposes and many of our vendors are Somerville-based.
