CITY OF SOMERVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 2022-____ In City Council__________ Be it ordained by the City Council, in session assembled, that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville are hereby amended by adding the following new provision to Chapter 2, Article I, as follows: 2-___. Prohibition of traffic quotas and grants mandating quotas The City of Somerville and its departments are prohibited from enforcement of any traffic stop and traffic citation quotas and applying for any grants which mandate such quotas.
