We are hosting 50 local Boston area bands over the 3 days and are expecting 1800+ attendees. As part of the event, I want to offer a free, outdoor vendor market (local small businesses, artists and vendors etc) that will be accessible for both the public and the festival goers. Think mini-SOWA but with a bit of a younger demographic. The free market will be on July 29 & 30.   Location: Statue Park Date(s): 07/29/2022, 07/30/2022   Rain date(s): 07/31/2022 Setup starts at (time): 10am   Event starts at (time): 12pm  Cleanup after the event ends at (time): 12am   Event ends at (time): 10pm Entertainment: If we were able to - I'd have some acoustic folk / indie performers play music through a small PA at the vendor market. This is not a make or break since there will be so much music at the venues, that if this was not allowed, I would be OK with it. Temporary Structures: Pop-up tents if permitted, but mostly just tables / chairs.
