Police Officer Assignments on Election Day Now required by the recently enacted VOTES ACT–chapter 92 of the acts of 2022 The Mayor is requesting the Council approve there be a Police Officer assigned at the following Polling Places on all election days. Further, that the Council allow the Chief of Police to assign Police Officers to a specific Polling Place on Election Days.
