CS Mayor, Approved with Conditions Request should be reduced to full closure hours to 9 hours (1-10) instead of 11 (12-10) and approval is granted only if Kimberly Ford the organizer confirms this is a block party for the neighborhood open to all abutters and not a private graduation party. We are assuming the former, that this is an appropriate closure open to all neighbors, but Ms. Ford has failed to reply to two emails. requesting clarification.
