CS Mayor, Approved with Conditions
Request should be reduced to full closure hours to 9 hours (1-10) instead of 11 (12-10) and approval is granted only if Kimberly Ford the organizer
confirms this is a block party for the neighborhood open to all abutters and not a private graduation party. We are assuming the former, that this is an
appropriate closure open to all neighbors, but Ms. Ford has failed to reply to two emails. requesting clarification.

Use only easily moveable barriers to block the street. Keep any grills 10 feet from combustible material. Would suggest an extinguisher be on hand. Keep
the travel lane clear of obstructions in event emergency vehicles need to pass through.
