Use only easily moveable barriers to block the street. Obstructions such as dunk tank or stages must be located out of the travel lane of the street. The travel
lane of the street must be kept clear to allow emergency vehicles to pass through if necessary. Use all grills at least 10 feet from structures or combustible
items.
