CITATION Be it hereby known to all that the Somerville City Council and the Mayor offer their posthumous commendations to Michael Horen who bravely volunteered his mobile soup kitchen at Ground Zero after the Twin Towers were hit on September 11th, 2001. He is among the more than 4,000 civilians and service members who have died from illnesses related to the rescue and recovery efforts. Offered this 12h day of September 2024
